I love when I stumble upon a Vigée Le Brun at a museum. You captured my feelings perfectly — her portraits really do bring such humanity to that time period

You know our affection for 'The Swing' from a previous post, Nicole. So it's always interesting to read about other Rococo artists, especially one with such an interesting backstory.

The Huntington Library btw was one of our favourite places when we lived in LA
