Belzoni is a fascinating figure. There's a marvellous biography to add to your burgeoning reading list which details his impact on Egyptology including the shipping of the obelisk to Paris

We can learn so much from this periodβ€”such a wonderful framing of it here. Watching how society pulls threads (literally mummy threads πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ) from what are serious and meaningful studies of humanity, wisdom, culture and traditions into the gutter for entertainment purposes… whew! Sounds familiar.

Timing of this is a perfect discovery as introduction for my next Art of Tarot deck. We delve into Oswald Wirth tomorrow, having just come off Jean-Baptiste Alliette. Serendipity? I think not! Planets align for us to reveal what Modern Seekers need navigate these waters πŸ’«
